Our Strategy
Freelancers like to consider themselves as their own boss, but for us, we concider every new client a new boss.
It's not who's telling who what to do, but a matter of communication between the two parties. We will listen you and advise you, then you make the final decision on what is
right or wrong for your busniess. It's a colloborative experience. But, on the other hand, if you give us full trust regarding your business ventures,
we're sure you will be happy with the results.
Our strategy is to listen to the client, and bring them in on each step of the design and programming.
We will inform you of what we're going to create as well as they "why" and "how" of the creation.
Studio Callouette doesn't want to play the "Wizard of Oz," or the "King With No Clothing" games.
We are serious in what we do. Our goal is to help your business reach it's potential, speaking appropriately to your target market,
and using the appropriate meadia to acheive results.
In short, we trust you to trust us.
But, if you like to have full control,
we will let you steer the ship, but in the long run,
it might be best to sit back, listen, and let us work for you.
Our Team
Norm Glindmeyer: Design guru and advetising genius. This is a man who has been around before the internet, and knows how to create traditional advertising. Better yet, he also understands how to design for the internet.
Mark Hagen: Marketing Genius.
I worked with Mark in the mid 90's for Pearl Izumi.
Mark worked in the sports industry, the Jazz inustry, the Toy and Surfing industry.
Now he works as a marketing man for the IT industry.
Over the years I have been contracted by Mark on various projects.
His dilligence, sharp eye, and being keen on the details has proven him to be an invaluable partner in many projetcs.
Jeff C.: I worked with Jeff for a popular web agency.
Though we did not work together, I met him there. I left the agency, he left the agency,
and years later we connected.
Jeff has climbed the ladder to develop his freelance work, his technical skills, as well as working part time for a good company.
Jeff is an overall good guy with a family.
I would trust him in anything he says he can do, and he can do a lot.
He's a designer, but most of all he's a PHP and Word Press expert,
not to mention MySQL, but that comes with the package. Jeff is definitely a strong team member of Studio Caillouette.
David O'Regan: Do you need a video expert who isn't going to break the bank?
David brought me in on a couple of Flash projects for, most notably, United Way and a few smaller clients.
His expertise is in video.
We shared office space, and I could not believe the technical aspects of video as well as the hardware and software involved.
If you need good video, but don't want to pay a fortune, David is your go to guy.
He's developed many TV commercials, as well as internet videos for local businesses.
He may not be Martin Scorsese, and fortunately, he doesn't bill Martin's hourly billing.
David is a great videogrpaher, shooter and editor. Maybe just what your business needs.
So give us a ring before you choose the latest and greatest.
Sometimes it's the most humble who produce the best results.
